Mobile Circus 2012
Since 2006, the Palestinian Circus School has decided to break the boarders, cross the checkpoints and share its talents with the Palestinian audience from North to South, East to West. This is how the Mobile Circus was born.
Between the 24th of June until the 18th of July, the school organizes an intensive three weeks international circus workshop finishing with a joint creation. The Mobile Circus 2012 is the result of 30 students from circus and theater schools in Palestine, France, Switzerland and Belgium, working day and night sharing their artistic skills, and a lot of dreams! Finally, to bring you, a vision of the world through their common language: circus arts. Inspired by their personal stories and contexts, mixed with a rich imagined reality, they bring to the stage a surreal tale full of humanity and grace. Enjoy a contemporary circus story including many techniques like Chinese pole, tight wire, juggling, theater, hand balancing as well as a variety of acrobatics both on the ground and high above it!
